Does POWER7 with 5796 support hot add of PCI adapters? -- MIDRANGE-L

Does a POWER7 (8205-E6B) support hot add of PCI adapters in the 5796 or do I need to power down the system? I haven’t work on some of these older system in awhile and the Knowledge Center does not specify.

OS is v7r2 and it is a single LPAR system with HMC, if that matters
