To me this looks like this lpar is hosting disk for another lpar.
I do this all the time. Instead of having to purchase multiple disk controllers, then worry about having enough physical disk arms per lpar, it's a lot better.
If, however, you do a WRKNWSSTG, and the column "Server" is blank. Or if the entry in "Server" is not active in WRKCFGSTS CFGTYPE(*NWS), then it's a possibility that these are no longer needed and further study is necessary.
