This is a BIG reason why I detest putting a table prefix on the short column names.
ITEMNO should be ITEMNO and not IIMITEMNO, ECLITEMNO, etc

To list all tables using ITEMNO:
Select system_table_name, system_table_schema, system_column_name
From qsys2.syscolumns
Where system_column_name='ITEMNO';

I'm sure that someone will pipe in that one could easily do
Select system_table_name, system_table_schema, system_column_name
From qsys2.syscolumns
Where system_column_name like '___ITEMNO ';
But sometimes I have difficulty with the pattern matching. Although using the underscore and the trailing space(s) beats the snot out of '%ITEMNO%'
