We use SAVRSTLIB which is a nifty SNADS routine that lets us save an
object on one LPAR and restore it to another LPAR.
In this case its a DTAARA that has the VOLID of a tape the other LPAR uses.
After an IPL the SAVRSTOBJ doesn't work.
We need to run some SNADS cmd post IPL to "enable" the SAVRSTOBJ.
What might that be?
Our current workaround is to log in and run the STRPASTHR cmd which
"endables" the SAVRSTOBJ cmd until the next IPL.
