The following command helped me to find someone I thought I had removed from all files since they were in the authorization list. I will remove them.
PRTPRFINT SELECT(*PCTFULL) PCTFULL(1.00)
I had also changed the owner of the files in this special directory to QDFTOWN with a hope that maybe that user profile was special and wouldn't count. Alas, it does.
