The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Hmm, they've improved the feed back page since I used it. I would fill out all sorts of details and then I would get a generic message which ignored all the details, assume that I was a spammer trying to solicit business with IBM, and ask me to fill out all of the details again at another site specifically geared towards soliciting business with IBM.
I'm trying to convince them that a prompted form for website feedback should not be treated the same as email to webmaster@xxxxxxx. Apparently they are working on it.
