Yes, they are equal. I added this line to my WHERE clause and they still matched:
and RRN(Q) = RRN(T)
(Where Q & T are the table identifiers in the query.)

I'm using CMPPFM to compare two PFs as part of a refactoring project. It shows that 2 rows (out of 4 in the PFs) have changed. It shows:
NEW FILE LINE INSERTIONS.............................................: 2
OLD FILE LINE DELETIONS..............................................: 2
I've compared the two PFs manually using DSPPFM, and I don't see any differences. I did a SQL join of the two PFs matching on every single column, and they all match.
Any idea what I'm missing with CMPPFM? I do this occasionally and have never had this issue.
