Here's about all I know for troubleshooting.

All three components (Active Directory, IBMi and PC) must:
1. Have synchronized clocks.
2. Any two must resolve the third identically for a forward and reverse IP lookup. For example:
Ping -a 1.2.3.4 -> activeDirectory.domain_name [1.2.3.4]
Ping activeDirectory -> activeDirectory.domain_name [1.2.3.4]
