At the last TechU conference, Pete Massiello showed a way to download the keys as a file, FTP it to to QPLG and then ran ADDLICKEY *LICKEYFILE. Not sure if this is faster than copy/paste but it is an alternate process.

You don’t. You either use the install keys, which requires a connection to the server or download the text file, and copy paste.
