The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Your shop may differ, but that's the only one I remember. Looking at one of my system generator programs that's the only related entry I see.
ADDSRVTBLE SERVICE('as-sts') PORT(3000) + 030110
PROTOCOL('tcp') ALIAS('AS-STS') 030110
That line hasn't changed in 16 years.

Subject: V5R4 question regarding service table entries
In the long-ago category: We used to routinely manually add service table entries to systems (V5R4 and earlier) when building systems.
One of them as AS-STS port 3000 for the service tools server.
I could swear there were a couple more, but my feeble mind will not remember
them, and Google searches provide nothing of value.
Anyone out there remember?
