I'm not sure - if I run it with /reset, I can get menu options to appear or disappear based on my selections. First thing to check is that there should be a install_acs_log.txt in the clientsolutions folder. See if that gives you any clues. The next thing to check is to look at the properties of the shortcut you are using to launch ACS. Check the target as well as the target directory.

I have rerun the script with the /reset flag Selected the file transfer, but it does not show up.
After trying this multiple times, I moved on to uninstalling with the uninstall_acs.js This appears to uninstall as the users/ibm/clientsolutions folder is now empty Then rerun the install.
I still end up with the previous installation of only the 5250 option.
What am I missing?

Looking at the install scripts - it looks like on both the windows and linux versions you can pass /reset as a command line argument into the program and it will ask you again.

We are starting to roll out ACS to small groups of users.
Now that I have it installed, I need to add functionality to this group of users. Specifically I need to add the data transfer options.
I have tried just rerunning the install/update, but I'm not getting the dialog to select the specific options.
So how do I manage a specific configuration of ACS?
I thought there was a configuration file
