I created an RFE for consideration. Please vote for it if you find it a
useful enhancement
iACS Printer output can be configured to allow users to only view spool
files created wit their user profile with no ability to further filter the
spool file list, or to view all spool files from all users with the ability
to filter the list and action any available entry.
Enhance configuration of com.ibm.iaccess.splf.FilterRestricted
to allow users to view reports intended to be distributed to them even if
they didn't create the report. Work as if they had full Printer Output
functionality with the filter restricted to User= All users (*ALL) and
Output Queue= "&USERN%".
