I have just set up access to a MS SQL Server from our IBMi

We are using the same jdbc driver as on other systems.

Both OS level and PTF levels are the same.

DNS is working fine

Both are Power 9 Systems

On one the connection to the database takes miliseconds on the other the
connection is taking around 30 seconds.

I ran the job in debug and it is the initial connection that is taking the
time but it does eventually connect successfully.

I just have no idea what to check as to where the delay is.

Any suggestions gratefully appreciated.

Thanks

Don Brown
