Monocase a character string in OPM CL?

Ladies and Gentlemen:

There is, of course, a very easy way to monocase a character string in RPG: just use an XLATE statement or %XLATE function call.

But I can't remember whether there's anything analogous that can be used in an OPM CL program. Does anybody know of anything?

It seems that I'm retrieving a value from a data area, and on a number of occasions, I've made typos when manually setting the value of that data area, using lowercase instead of uppercase.
