I have been asked to change the order of a print file in a COBOL program.
The driving file is a logical file. What is the best practice for
accomplishing this? The goal is to sort by Division & Date. I don't want
to create another logical file. It's been I while since I've done any
COBOL programming so I'm a bit rusty.
Thanks for your help.
All the best,
Richard Reeve
