Welcome to the other side! I've been enjoying my retirement to the fullest. Although my wife is still working as the new CEO of a medical clinic organization right on the coast of Oregon, I've been splitting my time between tree removal on our two acres in the woods to prepare for building a house, and being the project manager for the 2019 project for Habitat for Humanity in Tillamook.
We've even been out on a couple of fishing charters and got several ling cod and rockfish/red snapper. Salmon and steelhead runs are just around the corner. The Nehalem River is known for good steelhead fishing, and it's only a mile from where we are building.
