The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

To Jack's point, the yum version install is pretty painless.
If you're interested in .NET you could put together a little C# example that uses SharpZip which is an available .Net DLL plugin.
Can call from any CL or RPG process.
Mono can install with Yum or via SAVF if that helps :-)
