Scott's responses not withstanding (they are all valid points) I think you
could do possibly this with curl or python using the requests library.

if it is a one use option then either curl or python might work for you as
you would not be stuck maintaining it.

This would be easier to do from a PC I think (Linux or Windows, but Linux
probably has more useful hacks to support it)
