I use SQuirreL (http://squirrel-sql.sourceforge.net/). It's basically just a JDBC client. It has content assist and allows editing of tables via the result set from a query.

Subject: Database Tooling

I'm trying to build a list of the database tools in use by our community. Preferably ones that actually understand that IBM i exists (even if it calls it AS/400 or whatever).

I am familiar with IBM's Data Studio, and with dBeaver.

What other tools are folks using and what are their major features. For example Data Studio supports a form of visual builder for SQL as does dBeaver (in the professional version). Similarly they both support some form of entity/relationship mapping.

What's in your toolkit?
