Some suggestions might include
QSYS2.JOBLOG_INFO - To check for previous messages in the job log which may tell you more information.
QSYS2.RECORD_LOCK_INFO or QSYS2.OBJECT_LOCK_INFO for more or less obvious reasons
Some of the job ones have some useful information but nothing like DSPJOB OPTION(*CMTCTL), at least that I found in the time crunch I'm in today.

What deadlock detection and mitigation tools do you use on IBMi DB2?
We are having a hard time narrowing in the reasons for random "Resource error - SQLSTATE 57014, SQLCODE -1044." Messages which we have recently found appear to be related to locking contention on DB2.
