Well no, I did not destroy the ones I already had, these new RDX cartridges did not come with the plastic cases.
I just did not want to return them if I can simply purchase a few of the plastic cases individually.

I don’t understand the question about what my backup is worth the cartridges are not cheap?
I know the cartridges are not cheap, that's why I would like to store them in the plastic cases between uses

I can find LTO cases, CD cases, VHS cases etc. etc. I am surprised I cannot find RDX plastic cases.

I don’t understand the "I would pay $20 to protect each of these. Just sayin 😊 "
Are you saying you know where I can but the plastic cases for $20

I thought my post was simply asking if anyone new where I could find some empty plastic cases for RDX cartridges.
Not asking for a debate on how much a backup is work and whether spending $20 for a case is worth it.

But that’s for your input.

John

Well it appears you've already destroyed the ones you had.

How much is your backup worth since those cartridges are not cheap ?

I would pay $20 to protect each of these. Just sayin 😊

Thanks but not this type of case.
I am looking for the individual plastic cases each tape is stored in (expect it to be about $1 or so)

The ones the tapes usually come in when you first purchase tapes.

John

I need 5 individual plastic cases for some RDX cartridges I have.

I have tried searching using google but have come up empty.

I do not believe LTO cartridges are the same physical size.

Anybody know where I can buy some RDX empty plastic cases?
