Remove Certificate from Application -- MIDRANGE-L

We are on V7R2. Someone assigned a certificate to the SMTP Server and
client. How do I remove the certificate from the application without
deleting the certificate?

When I view applications in DCM, I only see replace, append and cancel
buttons.
