The Admin2 job is NOT running. I did find the joblogs and it is
failing with a Java error. Which apparently was the same problem
with older releases:

Java Virtual Machine(JVM) exception has occurred.
JAVA VERSION NOT INSTALLED OR UNSUPPORTED

I'm up to date with the Java group PTF here on 7.3, so not sure how to
fix it.
