You can roll your own way to set the env var with the API putenv().

Hi,

I'm struggling with a very large classpath, which goes beyond 1024
characters.
Normally we put a specific classpath in a variable in a CL, and then
use CHGENVVAR ENVVAR(CLASSPATH) VALUE(&CLASSPATH) but the CHGENVVAR
command only supports up to 1024 characters.

Is there a way to store the classpath definition in an ifs file, and
then load that into the classpath?

Thanks!
Regards,
-Arco
