Via 5250, I'd start with:
NETSTAT
3 (Work with IPv4 connection status)

Then find SMTP. For me Local Port "smtp" is on the first page. You can also F15 (Subset) and specify local port range of 25 *ONLY.

From there you can 8 (Display jobs) to show the jobs, and then 5 (Work with job).
