John Lennon once said perception is 99% of reality. So if you can say
your data is stored encrypted then you have met the requirements. It
doesn't matter if your DDL table definitions store the data encrypted yet
you build a view over the table which automatically decrypts the data. The
data is still stored encrypted and you have met the requirements.
