Do you have a position description which lists the duties this person
should perform?
Does it include:
- Creating printer definitions?
- Starting/stopping writers?
- CRUD of users?
- Auditing data access?
- Monitoring BRMS backups?
- Monitoring QSYSOPR?
- Changing vendor supplied messaging software?
- Running certain jobs from software, such as check runs?
- Starting/stopping the system?
- Putting on PTF's?
- Monitoring HA software (like Mimix)?
- Checking for users disabled from NetServer Access?
- System tuning?

Do you want to:
- use iNav (webby thing)
- use iACS
- use 5250
- use any GUI with 5250 as a fall back.

You might be better off to create your own daily run book. Maybe supply
references from Knowledge Center.
You can modify it as their knowledge increases.
