Some people go to GREAT lengths to code everything in CL.
Back when CL was really languishing (no structured op codes, etc) I
switched to coding everything in RPG. I never really went back. Every
time I try, once I go so far I hit a wall and rewrite the thing in RPG.
Reminds me of an early CASE tool we used. I would try their "report"
program but once I went over the line as to what it supported I had to
rewrite it as a "batch" program. After awhile I never used their "report"
option again.
