I'll have to try pinging by name when I get back to the office.

I'll also look into adding an entry into the hosts table.

Sounds like a DNS problem. Can you ping the NetServer by name?

Setting up our new hosted system and attempting to get Netserver access up and running. We have VPN setup with the remote system on a different subnet than our local network. Will this setup prevent us from accessing this by Netserver name?

Accessing it by IP address works fine, but I can't get to it by name. What an I missing?
