I think DSPFD is only designed to show details about one file at a
time... which one did it show you? I would expect it would show you
the first one it found, alphabetically?

In this case it showed the one from the current library setting
(DEVDLC) -- which is what the help says it will do for the *LIBL filter.
However, DSPFD successfully shows multiple file definitions for *ALL and
*ALLUSR. The help says that *USRLIBL should work the same as *ALL and
*ALLUSR except with a different set of libraries, of course. That is why
I posted the question. Note that I am also sending the output to an out
file. I've tested all of the following commands. The only one not
working as expected is the DSPFD *USRLIBL filter.

DSPFD *CURLIB/QPNLSRC (1 result entry)
DSPFD *LIBL/QPNLSRC (1 result entry -- documented as such)
DSPFD *USRLIBL/QPNLSRC (1 result entry -- not as documented)
DSPFD *ALLUSR/QPNLSRC (103 result entries -- as documented)
DSPFD *ALL/QPNLSRC (117 result entry -- as documented)

WRKOBJ *CURLIB/QPNLSRC (1 result entry)
WRKOBJ *LIBL/QPNLSRC (7 result entries)
WRKOBJ *USRLIBL/QPNLSRC (7 result entries)
WRKOBJ *ALLUSR/QPNLSRC (103 result entries)
WRKOBJ *ALL/QPNLSRC (117 result entry)

Sincerely,

Dave Clark
