Rob,

Could it be due to the fact that your parameters are defined as CHAR,
instead of VARCHAR? What happens if you "CAST" them in your call?
I don't know if this is valid: CALL ROB.PROCESS_JOBS(CHAR('<redacted>'),
CHAR('*OUTQ'), CHAR('*BATCH'));
