I tried this on a command line and short cut
C:\IBM\ACS\Start_Programs\Windows_i386-32>acslaunch_win-32.exe -Xmx2048m
But received this error back.
Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for 2097152KB object heap

Subject: RE: Specifying Java memory heap size with ACS
Wasn't someone recently chastised on this list for using something other than the *.exe for starting the product? If so, then using that solution seems to counter that.
From section 7.2: "The preferred way to start the product is by using a platform specific binary file available in Start_Programs. The scripts in Sample_Scripts should only be used if the platform specific binary does not work. "
So is there some other .properties, .ini or some other way to set that?

Open ACS, Help -> Getting Started -> "7.0 Starting the Product" (as of
version 1.1.8.1) ->"7.3 Starting the Product (using the command-line)"

Normally in Java you can specify the memory size by passing in "-Xmx4096m"
for 4 GB.
How do you do that with acslaunch_win-64.exe? I tried acslaunch_win-64.exe
-Xmx4096m and then did a generate service logs and looked at the output
dump file and searched for Xmx, but it still shows -Xmx1024m being passed
in.
Is acslaunch_win-64.exe hard coded to 1024 MB?
