This is what I have in my notes:

1. To change Column Heading do:
LABEL ON myview (myfield IS 'new label')
2. To change Field text do:
LABEL ON myview (myfield TEXT IS 'new Text')

Is there a way to rename the Column-Name of a table's column only, while leaving the System-Name of that column how it currently is? I would like to be able to have a SQL developer use a 'friendly' column name instead of the limited 10 position field names from DDS.
