pip is there for yum python (2.7 and 3.6)

I'm having mixed results with modules that require compilation. Definitely
involves some hand work.

Was able to compile FreeTDS by hand but doesn't generate .so's.

Then build (via pip and by hand) of pymssql fails because it can't find a
.so for sybdb from FreeTDS.
