I would think it would never be a problem before you start communications.
When you first start the new lpar, start it "manually". When prompted
for various things one of them will be "start to restricted state". Flag
that as yes.
Remember your WRKRDBDIRE also.
If you have to change your IP address, there's like a bazillion places
it's stored, including a ship load of files in the IFS. See
