CR* HMCs are just an x86 server so load up your favourite erasing software
(dban?) and wipe normally.

Thanks to all who pointed out the obvious. I don't know why I expected
anything different. Clearing the i's disks involved reloading the OS than
initializing the disks, it would only make sense that a similar process is
used for the HMC.

Water will do a number on the mother board, make the entire system
in-operable. Voice of experience.

Will coffee do?
