Thanks Paul. I used WRKDEVD to see how they'd been setup and the
manufacturer is listed as *HP4000 whereas the printer manuals indicate some
of the *LEX... entries instead. I'll get that fixed and see if it helps.

if there is no match for your specific model... then you have to customize
your WSCST ..

in theory, if you look in the printer configuration... you are using a
WSCST ... and if you look in the WSCST... (you can retrieve it..)
then you will see what command is sent for DRAWER(1)... DRAWER(2) etc...

So you look in the technical manual of your printer what is the command
corresponding to tray 1, tray 2...
then if you match in the WSCST the command send for tray 1 to DRAWER(1)
etc... everything should work...
