I need to create a new monitor, find any job in LCKW status.
Normally two conditions.
1) User trying to update a record that is in use by another user - this interactive user usually will sit input inhibited, until the lock is released - no message - 3rd party application, PF set at Maximum record wait time . . . . . . . . . : WAITRCD *NOMAX
2) User calling a process to CLRPFM (work file), the file is in use by another user - this creates a CPF3130 after 30 seconds, PF set at Maximum file wait time . . . . . . . . . . : WAITFILE 30
Then send an email showing the job in the LCKW status.
If possible, also include the job causing the LCKW status.
I'm undecided on the method.
1) Create a Halcyon monitor
2) Create a WRKWCH
3) Use TAATOOL Lockwait cmd

Anyone in the group doing this?
Any suggestions from the group?
Thank You
