One way is:

DSPOBJD OBJ(*IBM) OBJTYPE(*CMD) DETAIL(*SERVICE) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QTEMP/DSPOBJD)
Then use your favorite query tool to view the list. Field ODAPAR will contain CHGDFT. Note that this works for the actual command, not the proxy.
