Inside the DISK1 expanded image, find Launchpad.exe or launchpad64.exe.

I always download the image from (ir)Rational Passport (dis)Advantage.
Actually I'm not being reasonable at this point since I was able to download
it with zero issues and unzip it. Then I got the key from the key center
with zero issues. Then the installation was about a smooth as I could hope
once I abandoned that idiot IM. (although the Launchpad does use IM, at
least it did not get hosed up with the local install)

iSphere is going on with zero issues as well.

Now the challenge is to update the new install with the latest code.
