Be careful in that you may get what you pay for. I was on a system last month working on a POWER9 proposal where I found the attention light on, dead cache battery and a dead fan. Service Action Log entries galore. Their 3rd party provider had told them there was nothing wrong. It's like that old quote: if you think a professional is expensive, just wait until you hire an amateur.
