PQT3073 had 11 substitution variables.
&MSGDATA was being truncated.
I had to increase the length of &MSGDATA from 64 to 128.
Issue resolved.

In a WRKWCH monitoring for PQT3073 and PQT4154, Watch Program which does a RTVMSG is not loading the spoolfile number correctly in the Second Level Text &SECLVL.
It is being loaded as number.
It should be loaded as number 000001.
Opened a PMR with IBM.
