Title:
TEMPLATE DS IN PROCEDURE WITH ON-EXIT

Problem description:
When a procedure containing an ON-EXIT section has a data structure defined with the TEMPLATE keyword, the compile may fail with msgMCH4227 RC7.

Circumvention:
Move the definition of the data structure with the TEMPLATE keyword into the global source section (above any subprocedures), or remove the TEMPLATE keyword from the data structure.
