Used the "Contact IBM" to see if that helps.
The usual answer is that they are not noticing any problem. When I get
that I'll try it again and it will probably work. They just don't like to
admit to making mistakes. Or, they don't like to point fingers at the
600# gorilla in the next department for fear of getting stomped. Oh well,
as long as it works later...
