I understand and support your request, (The URL did work for me, I had to
search by number to find it.

Are you thinking the ACS session would hold the filter and then only be
available when that user brings up the ACS session or would they be stored
globally so any ACS user could see and use them? (Brings up a security
issue in my mind)

A counter argument would be several OEM vendors sell software that can
accomplish what you're asking ranging in prices from several hundred a year
to $1000s for a permanent license.

I'd look at Brad Stone's product here, it's extremely well priced, and Brad
has (is) one of the best support processes around.
