Try dspfd to an outfile *mbrlist. In a source file, each entry is like a member with a change date.

Subject: db2 i service for DSPPGM *MODULE

I know there's an API, but was hoping that there'd be a way to get this
from SQL. I need source file library/name member and the source change
timestamps. Is there a db2 for i service that gives this info? We're on
v7r1.

(I tried devloperWorks, but the website is down for maintenance.)
