Totally agree with this. One to own the disk and parcel it out as NWSDs to the guests.

This shouldn't be just a thought. It should be a given.
Much more efficient on disk. Give them more when they need it instead of
tying it all up before hand.
Much cheaper on hardware. No need for separate disk controllers, etc.

"Arms" or whatever they are called in the virtual world still come into
play.
There are still rules of thumb. Like, don't just make one huge space for
each guest.
You may want to limit the number of NWSSTG items per NWSD lower than the
hard limit of ?15?. And if the guest is big enough it may warrant having
multiple NWSD's.
