Anyone from the group running ACS, (install_acs_64_allusers.js) with Windows 10, multiple users?
We're are having registry issues with the multiple users, ACS will not launch.
Any user beyond the first is not seeing all the proper registry entries, or using a different registry.
Rerunning the install ((install_acs_64_allusers.js) or starting the product (acslaunch_win-64.exe) as the 2nd user, does correct the registry issue, but this SHOULD NOT have to be done per IBM.

Open PMR with IBM, not an IBM issue.

1) You logged on to the Windows 10 pc with test user and deleted ALL AcsFile entries in the registry.
2) You logged on to the Windows 10 pc with your user and searched the registry for AcsFile entries and had to delete several entries.

Conclusion: Your test user and Your user are NOT using the same registry...or are not getting updates to registry changes. This is a Windows issue and nothing from ACS or IBM.

I then had you do the following:
1) Once the registry for both users was completely clear of AcsFile entries AND you had uninstall ACS...I had you log on to the Windows 10 pc with your domain user and run the install for all users. Then I had you dump the registry...this had 23 entries for AcsFile 5 in HKLM and 18 in HKU.
2) You then signed on to the Windows10 pc as the domain test user and dump that registry and they only had 5 entries for AcsFile in their registry and that was the HKLM. There were no entries in HKU for AcsFile...but there were entries for that key..just non of ours,

Conclusion: We are creating the registry entries correctly....it is in the management of the master domain registry...where it is ...how it gets updated and pushed to all users. Your Windows specialists need to review this.

This is 100% NOT an IBM nor ACS issue. It is a Windows issue in domain user management.

I have a customer that ran into the same thing although the Win10 Clients
were in a Citrix environment. Abandoned ACS altogether for a Rocket 5250
emulator.

Looks like the ODBC driver worked OK.

ACS launches fine for initial user that deployed ACS.
acslaunch_win-64.exe will not launch for any user beyond initial user on
same PC.

ACS 1.1.8.0
Win 10 Enterprise Version 1803 OS Build 17134.81 Java 10.0.1 64 bit.

Open PMR with IBM.

Works fine with Win7.
