I'd have to do some more research on the first two.
I have some hope for DSPDBR.
I have little hope for DSPPGMREF. But instead of trying to use the
command in a table function you might want to wrap a function around the
appropriate API instead.

*MBRLIST is a piece of cake. You're just not thinking database lingo.
database = system (usually but not always, I even have some exceptions)
schema = library
table = physical file
partition = member
see SYSPARTITIONSTAT
If the size of the name makes your head explode then you can query
knowledge center for that. Or try this
SELECT TABLE_NAME, SYSTEM_VIEW_NAME
FROM SYSVIEWS
WHERE TABLE_NAME='SYSPARTITIONSTAT'

But really I'm supposed to be on a day off and I'm doing this for fun????
