Is there a way to set up a command object so that it has a parameter that defaults to blank, but can be changed using CHGCMDDFT?

I initially had this:

JOBQ: QUAL TYPE(*NAME) LEN(10) spcval(*JOBD) DFT(*JOBD)
QUAL TYPE(*NAME) LEN(10) +
SPCVAL((*LIBL)) PROMPT('Library')

which threw a CPD6262, and I changed it to
JOBQ: QUAL TYPE(*NAME) LEN(10) spcval(*JOBD) DFT(*JOBD)
QUAL TYPE(*NAME) LEN(10) DFT(' ') +
SPCVAL((*LIBL)) PROMPT('Library')

which still throws a CPD6262.
